Academic supervisor
Watching the quality of sessions and the performance of teachers, and developing the study plans.
Supervising the quality of sessions: sitting in on a sample, reading teachers' reports, and stepping in when a student stalls.
Half academic and half administrative. It needs somebody who reads the numbers and knows when to phone the teacher instead of filing a report.
What you will do
- Monitor session quality and assess teachers
- Develop and review study plans
- Resolve students who are stuck
- Train new teachers
What we are looking for
- At least three years in academic supervision
- An ijazah in the Quran
- The ability to read a report and decide from it

- Experience in online education
